- After assets have transferred and accounts are opened, we’ll move into the training and acclimation phase; Our goal is to set you up for operational success. We will get you up to speed by reviewing our policies, procedures, and compliance requirements during one-on-one training sessions. Then you will reconnect with the Western Wealth departments for a second overview of our services and value ads.

We get your computer set-up and ensure you are fully functional on the date of your transition.

We offer on-call support during business hours regardless of your location. Our Western Wealth IT Specialist can troubleshoot issues by remoting into your computer or coming to your office. We diagnose computer issues, provide phone, audio, networking, and connectivity support (internet, printer/scanner), Data backups, basic computer repair, and tune-ups to verify your computer is functioning at its best. This service is cost-effective and half the price of 3rd party vendors.

- Various Compensation Structures Available; If financial retention is desired, you may establish an override agreement (three-year term) based on desired level of involvement. If you wish to eliminate all affiliation with the clients, you may also ‘donate’ accounts to the Client Service Team.

Personnel Resources
The process of hiring, onboarding, training, and running payroll for support staff can be challenging and time consuming. At Western Wealth, we offer registrations and payroll assistance for your support staff so you can focus on what you do best; helping your clients reach their financial objectives.
- Payroll Service; We provide payroll services for your support staff. We process bi-weekly payroll, track PTO and process tax filings so you don’t have to.
- 401(K) Program with Match; Our 401 K program is available to your support staff. We will provide an overview of the enrollment process, benefits, contribution limits, & vesting schedule. The 4% match is covered by Western Wealth up to $3,000.
- Registrations & Onboarding Assistance for Support Staff; Our Western Wealth Comptroller and Registrations Specialist works as your LPL Registration Liaison. She will distribute and process all onboarding paperwork for you and your staff to achieve a smooth transition process.
Support Staff Hiring Assistance and Training; We will work with you to write and post a job description in Indeed and LinkedIn. We can also help review submitted resumes and conduct interviews if desired. Upon hiring, our Virtual Admins provide 5 hours of complimentary training on Branch systems, policies and procedures.
